Founded in Brazil in 2009, Major Development was born with the purpose of structuring business opportunities for foreign investors. The vast international experience in consulting and management allowed the partners to gain the trust of businessmen and investors.

In Portugal since 2012, the company has launched four developments on the market: Nouveau Lisboa, on Avenida de Berna, Vivere Vale do Jamor, in Oeiras, Garden Cascais and Solo Oeiras.

These are high standard projects with innovative features, which symbolize the attention to detail, the importance given to common areas, the introduction of the gourmet balcony concept and the relevance of living spaces.

The business, which ranges from choosing the land to handing over the keys to the property, is methodically planned and executed by a multidisciplinary team, highly qualified and guided by an integrated management model.

STRUCTURING PROCESS

The structuring phase is characterized by the search for opportunities to develop enterprises with a high potential for differentiation and good living, through a careful process of researching privileged lands, study of the surroundings and formatting of the viability of the business.

DEVELOPMENT

Development is the phase that ranges from product design to monitoring the construction work.
During the process, there is the involvement and management of mediators (real estate agents) for the definition of an attractive sales table, the creation of the communication and marketing plan of the enterprise, in addition to the resolution of bureaucracies for approval of the project by the Chamber (City Hall), monitoring of the financial schedule and management of the construction work.
All of Major's projects are designed by award-winning architect Sidney Quintela.

EXECUTION

With the completion of the work, the final stage of the execution of the enterprise begins. At this point, Major deals with all formalities related to the deed and coordinates the process of handing over the keys of the property to the buyers.
